Background Screening Application Instructions:

1. Every potential occupant of a unit age 18 or older must complete an application. 
         *A legally married husband and wife may complete one application.
2. Lease Term:  Minimum of 30 days or one month, whichever is less. 
3. A unit cannot be leased more than 12 times per 12 month period.
4. New leases, Tenant Information Forms, and Transfer Fee payments must be received 30 days prior to the start of the lease date.
5. Lease Extensions must be received 15 days prior to the lease beginning.
6. The Association prohibits occupancy prior to approval.
7. Use of the unit is for a single family residence only.

Documents required to be attached to this application, please have them available before starting.

1. A color copy of drivers license for all applicants if you are a U.S citizen or passport AND visa for international applicants.           
2. Lease contract – all pages in a single PDF file. 
3. A non-refundable processing fee of $150.00 will be required using a credit card when submitting the application.
4. Due to the uploading of required documents, it is suggested that applicants complete this application on a computer.
